Odd Ratios

Remember seeing repeating observations at certain snow ratios?

After showing this to NRCS, asking for an explanation on what they thought caused the repetition, I was informed that when snow depths were not recorded correctly, the NRCS team will manually enter the data with a 10:1 ratio. It was not confirmed, but I’m sure the same could be said about the also apparent repitition at 5, 7, 7.5, etc.

How did I account for these values? I counted them as NULL values, and refitted them with the regression.
