Course History
This course was the first course proposed for our data science degree and started in 2017 with the inauguration of the degree. As it was developed in collaboration with the computer science department it was dual listed as MATH 335/CS 335. When the computer science department rebuilt their courses in 2019, the CS 335 was label was transitioned to CSE 350 with MATH 335 continuing as the dual label.
In 2022, the MATH 335 and CSE 350 labels were retired for DS 350.
